Primary Responsibilities:

• Work as a Quality / Test engineer for a JAVA application
• Execute functional, integration, E2E, API, and unit testing for complex Java-based applications
• Design and implement automation scripts using Java and Selenium-based frameworks, including TestNG/JUnit and Page Object Model patterns
• Independently troubleshoot automation failures, analyze logs, debug Java code, and identify root causes
• Enhance Automation Frameworks as per the Project / Design needs
• Setup and Implement CI / CT automation pipelines using system like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and Docker
• Deliver within an Agile (scrum) environment
• Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
• Create, maintain and execute test plans and test cases against various micro services, estimating test efforts, analyzing and communicating test results, defect tracking and participating in day-to-day QA activities
• Document processes and procedures in managing micro services and making sure best practices are always followed
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for microservices-based architecture
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing manual and automation test scripts
• Hands-on experience in automation framework enhancements (modularization, utilities, reporting plugins, grid setup, CI integration)
• Good knowledge of testing concepts and understanding of database concepts, OOPs concepts and solid in core Java Skills
• Working knowledge in DB, API Testing
• Understanding of DevOps tools
• Solid understanding of API testing with REST-assured or similar frameworks and ability to validate JSON payloads, headers, response codes, and schema validations
• Proven ability to update or enhance Testing
• Proven ability to take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis, test design, automation and analysis
• Proven ability to collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program

Preferred Qualification:

• Exposure to or interest in AI-driven automation tools and intelligent test generation/execution concepts
