Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, reuse, and execute manual tests across multiple software development lifecycles, including Agile and ATDD environments
• Define and continuously improve test strategies and test approaches to increase coverage and product confidence
• Ensure functional and non‑functional acceptance criteria align with business value statements and system performance expectations
• Build deep system and application knowledge to improve test quality and coverage across platforms
• Work across multiple platforms or full business / technology stacks, not just a single component
• Actively collaborate as part of the scrum team, including:
  • User story grooming
  • Development of acceptance criteria
  • Early quality involvement in design discussions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Healthcare / Claims domain
• Solid understanding of:
  • Claims lifecycle (submission → adjudication → payment)
  • Medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  • Provider & member workflows
• Knowledge of:
  • EDI transactions (837/835 preferred)
  • Claims platforms (e.g., Facets, custom enterprise systems)
• Proven experience in Quality Engineering / Software Testing roles with increasing responsibility
• Solid experience with test design, execution, and automation in Agile environments
• Ability to work independently on complex quality problems with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated capability to guide, mentor, and consult other engineers
• Solid understanding of:
  • Software development lifecycles
  • Quality engineering principles
  • Business impact of quality decisions
