As a Full Stack Engineer within our technology team, you will drive the development of modern web applications and robust API services that empower healthcare solution delivery. In this role, you will work with innovative technologies-including React, HTMX, Golang, .NET/C#, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted tools-to architect scalable database models and build seamless application experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design high-performing systems that improve user experience and support strategic business goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs using React, HTMX, JavaScript, Golang, and .NET/C#
• Containerize, deploy, and manage application microservices utilizing Docker and Kubernetes infrastructure
• Design and optimize robust application architecture and database schemas to meet performance, reliability, and security standards
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools and emerging technologies to optimize coding workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive continuous software delivery improvements
• Collaborate closely with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Evaluate emerging engineering tools and modern frameworks to recommend architectural and operational enhancements.
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in frontend and API development, including hands-on experience with React, HTMX, JavaScript, Golang, RESTful API development, Docker/Kubernetes, and .NET/C#
• 1+ years of experience utilizing OpenAI technologies or AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude) within software engineering workflows
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in full-stack application design and database design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines and data integration processes
• Experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications and microservice architectures
