We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer / Linux System Administrator with strong expertise in Linux administration, application support 24/7, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud/automation platforms to ensure seamless application deployment and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Linux-based servers and environments to ensure high availability and performance
• Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incident tickets using tools such as ServiceNow
• Develop, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions to streamline software delivery processes
• Administer workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or manage cloud infrastructure on Azure
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and configuration management using Ansible
• Write and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications
• Monitor system health, perform routine maintenance, and implement security best practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Solid hands-on experience in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Experience in application support and using ticketing tools like ServiceNow
• Experience in designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
• Familiarity with Airflow administration and Azure cloud services
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
