Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with strong UI expertise
• Proven experience building scalable enterprise applications with modern frontend frameworks
• Solid experience in React / Next.js / Angular with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with Node.js APIs (Express) and basic backend integration
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI APIs (OpenAI, basic LLM usage) into applications
• Basic experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and deployments
• Hands-on experience in Node.js APIs, BFF architecture, and Python backend frameworks
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector embeddings, and semantic search systems
• Experience in building real-time, high-throughput applications and streaming data systems
• Experience implementing security best practices and compliance standards
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, scalability patterns, and performance optimization
• Understanding of UI performance fundamentals (basic optimization, rendering efficiency)
• Good understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Basic understanding of RAG concepts, embeddings, and AI-driven workflows
• Understanding of application-level scalability basics and stateless design
• Understanding of logging, debugging, and basic monitoring practices
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and enterprise AI integrations
• Solid understanding of system design, resilience, and fault-tolerant architectures
• Familiarity with real-time communication concepts (WebSockets/SSE)
• Familiarity with event-driven systems (basic producers/consumers)
• Proven exposure to caching concepts (browser caching, API-level caching)
• Proven exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Proven ability to develop features independently within defined scope
• Proven awareness of security fundamentals (authentication, API security basics)
• Proven ability to build responsive, reusable UI components and integrate with backend APIs
• Proven solid collaboration skills across frontend, backend, and AI teams
• Proven solid expertise in React / Next.js / Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS frameworks
• Proven expertise in cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams, driving design decisions, and delivering large-scale solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building component libraries or structured frontend architecture
• Experience working with BFF layer or API aggregation patterns
• Hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask)
• Experience implementing AI-driven UI features (chatbots, assistants)
• Experience with Docker and basic containerization workflows
• Domain experience in banking, healthcare, or enterprise analytics
• Familiarity with LangChain or basic AI orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with observability tools (basic metrics, dashboards)
• Understanding of caching tools like Redis or CDN concepts
• Understanding of advanced system design concepts (latency, throughput, scaling)
• Proven exposure to Next.js SSR/ISR or advanced rendering techniques
• Proven exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB)
• Proven exposure to Kafka or real-time streaming data systems
• Proven awareness of Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment models
• Proven exposure to security standards (OAuth, RBAC, secure APIs)
