Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software applications, platforms, and services
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, contributing to the evolution of platform capabilities and engineering standards
• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence
• Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve engineering efficiency and platform stability
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and operational tooling to support production workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations to deliver business outcomes
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure software solutions adhere to established security, compliance, and governance requirements
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices
• Support platform scalability and modernization initiatives through continuous innovation and process improvement
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications and distributed systems
• 4+ years of experience strong programming skills in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, GoLang, Python, C# etc.
• 4+ years of experience building solutions on public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• 2+ years of experience of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, testing frameworks, and automation practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, API development, and microservices patterns
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment
