Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI development team, provide mentorship, and drive best practices in React JS front-end and back-end technologies
• Understand how AI-generated data flows through React components
• Write clear, concise comments to guide Copilot in generating relevant code
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design specifications into functional features
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the application meets business requirements and user needs
• Conduct code reviews and write unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality
• Optimize application performance and resolve any bugs or issues
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices
• Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and introduce new tools and techniques to the team
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional front-end/ui development experience
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with micro-frontend architecture and its integration with microservices
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
    Github Copilot - Prompt Engineering and able to connect to AI APIs e.g. Open AI via REST
  • Ability to write the unit test case using AI powered tools and troubleshoot the code issue with Copilot help
  • Ability to design and implement user interfaces using modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Ability to develop responsive and visually appealing components using frameworks like React, Angular, Next Js or Vue.js
  • Micro-Frontend Architecture: Design and implement micro-frontend solutions that integrate with microservices
  • Ability to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and services
  • Ability to work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to manage and query data efficiently
  • Ability to implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to connect front-end components with back-end services
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Collaboration: Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
