We are looking for a sharp, analytically driven Associate Product Manager / Data Analyst to join our Cloud FinOps team. This is a high-visibility, intersection of cloud economics, AI/ML innovation, and product thinking. Will play a pivotal role in integrating AI-driven solutions into our FinOps workflows, tracking and optimizing multi-cloud usage across Azure, AWS, and GCP, and ensuring financial accuracy through invoice reconciliation and cost governance.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cloud technology, data analytics, and AI - and wants to build a career at the forefront of enterprise cloud financial management. You'll work closely with engineering, finance, architecture, and business teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive cost-efficient, scalable cloud practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• AI Integration & Use Case Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive AI/ML use cases that enhance FinOps capabilities - including anomaly detection, automated cost alerts, forecasting, and intelligent tagging
  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to integrate AI-powered agents and copilots into existing cloud cost management workflows
  • Track and categorize AI/ML consumption patterns across cloud providers (GPU-based SKUs, token-based billing, agent services, call center AI, etc.)
  • Develop intake frameworks and templates for new AI use case submissions from cross-functional teams
  • Monitor industry trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-driven FinOps to inform product roadmap and strategy
• Cloud Usage Tracking & Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze cloud consumption data across Azure, AWS, and GCP at application, segment, and CSP levels
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for month-on-month and year-on-year usage trends, variance analysis, and runrate calculations
  • Support cloud cost forecasting processes, including coordination of forecast submissions from multiple application teams and AskIDs
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities across compute, storage, networking, and data platform services
  • Partner with application owners to ensure accurate tagging, cost allocation, and chargeback alignment
• Invoice Reconciliation & Financial Governance
  • Perform monthly invoice reconciliation for cloud service providers, identifying and resolving billing discrepancies, credits, and adjustments
  • Reconcile marketplace agreements, enterprise contracts, and committed-use discounts against actual invoiced amounts
  • Develop and maintain automated reconciliation workflows to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendor management teams to ensure billing transparency and compliance
  • Prepare executive-ready financial summaries, variance reports, and cost governance dashboards for leadership review
• Product Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Define product requirements and user stories for internal FinOps tools, dashboards, and automation capabilities
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery in an Agile environment
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, finance, security, architecture) to align FinOps product strategy with business priorities
  • Document processes, create SOPs, and maintain knowledge base for FinOps governance and AI integration workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.) a Tier-1 institution (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, top state/central universities, or equivalent)
• Experience in data analytics, product management, cloud operations, FinOps, or AI/ML domain
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker/Data Studio
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) - billing models, resource hierarchy, and cost management basics
• Solid proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Proven advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formulas, data modeling
• Proven solid analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA / PGDM from a premier institution (IIMs, or equivalent Tier-1 B-school)
• Any relevant certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Cloud Digital Leader, or FinOps Certified Practitioner
• Experience with cloud billing data, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data warehousing (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Experience building or working with Copilot / AI agent integrations in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of enterprise procurement, marketplace agreements, and committed-use/reserved instance pricing
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts - machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures
• Proven exposure to FinOps frameworks and principles (FinOps Foundation certification
