The OI Provider Client Reference Program Manager provides strategic oversight to establish the framework and operational infrastructure for a scalable reference program, including governance, materials, assets, workflows, stakeholder alignment, reporting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement priorities, ensuring the program delivers measurable impact supporting sales effectiveness, client engagement, and growth priorities.

Requires close collaboration and partnering with a peer responsible for day-to-day execution and facilitation of client reference call planning.

Operating in a highly matrixed environment, this role collaborates closely with

  • Marketing ensuring reference materials align with brand standards while identifying opportunities to develop white papers, thought leadership content, and other collateral that can be leveraged to support growth and sales efforts
  • Product establishing a structured feedback program, including processes and systems to capture, analyze, and operationalize insights from both participants and customers to continuously enhance sales effectiveness
  • Client Engagement supporting NPS and other client listening initiatives aligning on preparedness, post-survey action planning, and initiatives designed to improve client engagement and satisfaction

This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. Success requires strong program ownership, executive-ready communication, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate internal (sales and markets teams) insights, along with client insights, into practical actions that support deal velocity and long-term growth priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership, Governance & Program Ownership
    • Own the strategy, governance and operating model for the Client Reference Program
    • Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned to Provider Growth objectives, sales effectiveness priorities, and enterprise growth goals
    • Establish scalable processes, controls, and performance frameworks that ensure program consistency, compliance, and operational excellence
    • Provide data-driven guidance on program performance, growth opportunities, and client engagement strategies
  • Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Design and optimize standardized operating procedure (SOP) workflows, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, user experience, and program scalability leveraging modern AI productivity tools to streamline business processes
    • Influence and align stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, Value Management, and Commercial teams to drive execution against shared priorities
    • Establish governance, communication, and reporting processes that promote accountability, transparency, and consistent program execution
    • Resolve operational or organizational challenges impacting program delivery outcomes
    • Lead continuous improvement, including adoption of AI-enabled best practices
  • Data & Performance Management
    • Define and manage key performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and business impact with Sales Operations teams
    • Ensure data integrity and governance across systems and reporting processes including effective use of salesforce Growth Office (SFGO) and enterprise approved AI tools for automation and scale
    • Leverage analytics and insights to drive continuous program improvement and demonstrate value to the business
    • Adept at listening, providing feedback, fostering collaboration, challenging status quo

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client advocacy, sales enablement, program management, or related strategic functions
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and motivating sales and market facing teams
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to adapt technology and incorporate digital tools and platforms to enhance client engagement and the reference program supporting sales and market facing teams
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end programs independently with enterprise-level impact, from start to finish
  • Experience influencing internal stakeholders and driving action without direct authority
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft 365 tools, data visualization / reporting platforms
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with ability to translate data and analytics insights into actionable plans and operational execution
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, executing, or expanding Client Reference or Advocacy programs
  • Healthcare industry experience (e.g., revenue cycle, utilization management, analytics)
  • Experience leveraging AI or automation to improve processes and operational efficiency
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and stakeholder facilitation skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
