Under the direction of the Facility Manager or designee, this role is responsible for managing linen services for the Kenmore Practice. This includes coordinating daily distribution, maintaining cleanliness standards, tracking inventory, and working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate daily pickup of soiled lab coats and linen and delivery of clean items across departments
  • Maintain a tracking system for ordering and distributing lab coats
  • Manage the quarterly cleaning of exam room curtains
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laundry room
  • Place and manage orders for linen and related supplies
  • Assist with monitoring daily and weekly invoicing alongside the manager
  • Coordinate with external linen vendors regarding service and delivery
  • Perform general laundry/linen services duties as needed
  • Complete other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience using PC computers
  • Ability to walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use essential tools and equipment, including: 
    • Phone
    • Computer and keyboard
    • Other equipment relevant to job duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a laundry services role or direct customer service position
  • Experience with inventory management, logistics, or supply coordination
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or service environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable work style
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills (for interaction with staff and vendors)

Ability to manage:

  • Linen and lab coat distribution
  • Supply ordering and inventory tracking
  • Invoice monitoring support
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
