Primary Responsibilities:
- Defines and supports cross-portfolio initiatives and capabilities from specific business problems / market needs; all initiatives tracked
- Drives creation of strategic themes (capabilities) to define and roadmap long running initiatives
- Ability to work across multiple products to identify synergies
- Act as the liaison between Business, Engineering Teams, and project management groups
- Build trust and relationship through transparency using roadmap
- Drives vision and content of future releases by decomposing work in to features and user stories and aligning appropriately in backlog in accordance with high level product strategy
- Define & implement best practices

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management, product development or equivalent work experience preferably in Health care and claims data
- 5+ years of experience with requirements management, project management, and complex projects and activities
- Knowledge of product management roles and responsibilities
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience in delivery of software solutions, understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Working knowledge of databases, database structures, xml, json
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working with test plans and test cases
- Cloud experience
- Data Strategy
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision and drive results with disciplined follow-though
- Solid strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align people, strategies, and recommendations with business objectives
- Solid analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to describe data/capability stories and explain value to stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an ambiguous and matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
- Demonstrated ability to identify, investigate, solve, and implement solutions to issues

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
