As a Senior Software Engineer, This position will select appropriate Microsoft services to design, develop, and deploy an application based on given requirements. They will design, develop, and deploy dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable modules.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position will design and develop applications and integrate with Amazon web services cloud platform solutions to support printing and Digital delivery outcomes
- Fine-tune and improve software implementation. Modify existing programs to new standards, and conduct unit and development programs
- This position will provide quality assurance reviews of automated test suites. Will perform post-development validation of software, and resolve any bugs found during testing
- The position of Sr Software engineer requires an individual with the analytical and technical skills associated with the attainment of at least a degree in Computer Science or a directly related field
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex applications, microservices, and integrations
- Serve as the go-to expert for best practices, promoting clean code, test automation, and DevOps
- Coach and mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Contribute to technology roadmaps, capacity planning, and long-term vision
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and cloud computing, to drive best practices within the team
- Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design patterns, and implementation guides
- Define coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive refactoring initiatives
- Leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance software capabilities and drive innovate on within the development team
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
- 10+ years of experience in software solution development and at least 5 years of experience in solution development utilizing Microsoft Technologies
- 5+ years of experience in application development in an AWS environment utilizing AWS services
- 5+ years of experience in Relational Database Management systems, especially Microsoft SQL database application development
Advanced level of proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as C#, Golang, Node.js, Java
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience/Proficiency with AWS Services such as SNS, SQS, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch
- Proficiency with .Net Framework, C#, .net Core, Python, C++
- Proficiency with Rest API
- Proficiency in SQL based database application development
- Proficiency with Agile Scrum SDLC
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools/processes (Git/Jenkins/Jfrog /Sonar/codql/Nunit preferably)
Soft Skills:
- Proven oral and written communication Skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to expedite development and improve quality

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
