Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Hybrid Model, 1-2 days on-site and the remaining remote, from your home.

• (Electronic equipment included.)

• Provide treatment for primary care patients for behavioral health disorders, symptoms and conditions including substance use disorders.

• Enhance patient engagement by using evidenced based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Help implement treatment plans with site specific Integrated Clinician and regional Prescribers (Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists).

• Knowledge of health psychology is preferred.

• Experience with substance abuse and addiction is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• PsyD, PhD, or LICSW

• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within an integrated model

• Minimum 3 years practice experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200.00 - $107,400.00 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
