Position in this function provides end to end engineering leadership for newly formed team, including team setup, execution oversight, and delivery accountability for InterQual initiatives. Own planning and delivery of multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with committed roadmap, architecture, quality, and compliance standards. Lead, coach, and develop engineering talent while establishing solid engineering practices, Agile execution, and delivery governance. Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and cross functional stakeholders to drive prioritization, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure predictable, high quality outcomes.

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management or senior technical leadership roles
• Proven experience leading and scaling teams, driving Agile delivery, and partnering effectively with Product, Architecture, and cross functional stakeholders to deliver committed outcomes
• Solid technical foundation in Java and enterprise application development, with working knowledge of modern architecture and delivery practices
