As the CES (Claims Editing Software) UAT testing analyst, you will be responsible performing UAT testing of both manual and automated test cases and analyze test results performed on the CES software. The role will participate in the full testing cycle including User Acceptance Testing and Regression testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and document testing specifications
  • Analyze test results and report any identified defects for remediation
  • Execute manual/automated test cases and analyze test results in a timely manner
  • Conduct Unit Testing and validate functionality meets required specifications
  • Assist with developing test scripts, test plans, and procedures for CES application testing
  • Analyze actual test results against test requirements to identify strengths/weaknesses to identify areas for improvements
  • Assist with troubleshooting with internal and external client reported issues
  • Review test scripts and continuously provide recommendations for improving the testing process
  • Assist with creating and updating client-facing documentation when needed
  • Participate in full test cycle including User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing
  • Create client facing testing scenarios that clients can use to test new features/enhancements
  • Review and contribute to all QC/QA of CES releases
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in software QA/UAT testing or
  • 2+ years of experience with claims processing and/or coding or equivalent client implementation experience
  • 2+ years of CES product experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree in healthcare or business related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development methodology
  • Healthcare knowledge, familiar with CMS policies
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven solid analytical, problem solving skills
