Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end UAT activities including test planning, scenario creation, execution, and sign-off for Healthcare Provider applications
- Perform functional, integration, and smoke testing across multiple releases and environments
- Ensure high-quality releases by identifying defects early, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts/frameworks for E2E workflows coverage
- Support post-deployment testing and release validation, ensuring production readiness
- UAT & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Development, Implementation, and Support teams to validate business workflows and use cases
- Participate in UAT planning discussions, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
- Track and report defects, status metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders
- Contribute to improving UAT processes
- Test Automation & Tools
- Build, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
- Execute automation suites and analyze failures for continuous quality improvement
- Use tools such as ALM, Rally, Selenium or equivalent frameworks, GitHub
- Improve automation efficiency and coverage across releases
- Contribute to automation initiatives and deliver automation tasks with consistent quality and timelines
- AI / Innovation Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Generative AI tools) to improve productivity
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to accelerate test case design, scenario generation, and validation
- Contribute to creation of AI-based accelerators / Copilot agents for test optimization and requirement analysi
- Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements in UAT workflows
- Process Improvement & Quality Excellence
- Develop tools/utilities to improve test efficiency and reporting
- Promote best practices in test design, execution, and reporting across teams
- Experience driving process improvement projects and tools adoption
- Domain Expertise
- Apply knowledge of US Healthcare domain (Provider workflows, analytics)
- Validate business-critical workflows aligned to real-world healthcare scenarios

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field
- 4+ years of solid experience in:
- Manual testing and UAT execution
- Test case creation and defect management
- Automation frameworks and scripting
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (ALM / Rally)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI-driven QA practices (prompt writing, Copilot usage, automation acceleration)
- Exposure to validating Power BI or Analytical reports
- Exposure to test optimization, automation transformation, or QA innovation initiatives
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
