Mid-Level Amazon Connect Developer (Chat & Digital Channels)

Design, develop, and support Amazon Connect chat and digital channel solutions using AWS serverless technologies. Focus on building scalable backend integrations, contact flows, and REST APIs for omni-channel customer experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows (Chat & Digital)
• Build AWS Lambda integrations for chat routing, pre-chat, and post-chat workflows
• Develop REST APIs using Amazon API Gateway
• Implement chatbot integrations using Amazon Lex
• Design and manage data storage using Amazon DynamoDB
• Monitor and troubleshoot using Amazon CloudWatch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience (3+ years on Amazon Connect & AWS Serverless)
• Skills:
  • Amazon Connect (Chat & Digital Channels)
  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB
  • Amazon Lex and CloudWatch
  • REST API development
  • Java / Python / Node.js
  • Git version control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chatbots or contact center platforms
• Digital contact center migration experience
• CI/CD or DevOps exposure
