Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI‑powered features and services using .NET, cloud‑native components, and modern LLM frameworks
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless functions that integrate AI capabilities
- Build secure and scalable applications leveraging Azure, event-driven systems, and modern DevOps practices
- Implement AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering velocity and reliability
- Ensure high‑quality code using testing, observability, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust end-to-end AI‑enhanced solutions
- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to AI‑driven improvements such as copilot workflows, automation, and intelligent development tooling
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with .NET, C#, or React/Angular in engineering roles
- Experience working with teams using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, REST APIs, cloud services, containerization, IaC, observability, and event‑driven systems
- Production experience with Azure cloud services (not Azure DevOps), GitHub Actions, and Terraform
- Experience writing unit tests or integration tests
- Experience applying AI/ML for team productivity or business effectiveness (e.g., copilots, automated insights, intelligent tooling)
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas, queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, Agile, DevOps, and modern application architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure AppInsights, dashboards, and alerting
- Healthcare domain experience
- Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes, Kafka/Event Hub, HTML/JavaScript, Node.js, Playwright, Git, and service‑oriented or microservices architectures
- Understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)
