As a Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for integrating AI solutions with integration design and collaborating with other senior leaders, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment, integration of AI/ML capabilities with mentoring and leading the Engineering and Integration of AI solutions. The Ideal Candidate will follow advancements in the state-of-the-art methods that are relevant to the particular use case and provide recommendations for scalable solutions with multi cloud adoptions. The engineering tech-stack includes Azure & GCP cloud and it is therefore essential that for our engineers to be successful, they should have had experience working on cloud-based services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Design and build/develop features for AI/ML lifecycle including data processing, AI Inference end-to-end MLOps for both non-generative and generative use cases
• Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code in Python
  Serve as a technical lead in developing backend services, APIs, and frontend components supporting AI/ML workflows
• Utilize deep knowledge of AI/ML systems and drive cloud architecture decisions and manage cloud-based environments for scalable ML applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
• Oversee containerization of applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment, automated testing, and monitoring of ML models and services
• Collaborate closely with Data science/ML, DevOps, and Product teams to translate complex requirements into feasible technical solution that are scalable leveraging robust process architecture for AI/ML use-cases
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and problem-solving
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
• Drive adoption of new technologies and improvements in ML pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategies
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements related to AI/ML applications
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align technical solutions with business goals
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years industry experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or AI/ML Engineer, with 5+ years in senior engineering roles with increasing scope
• 7+ years of experience with demonstrable proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
• 4+ years of experience in high-level architecture design and solution development for large-scale AI/ML systems
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge of Large Language Models, RAG, Transformers
• Knowledge of both traditional machine learning algorithms, advanced statistical, ML techniques and modern deep learning and generative AI models and methods
• Knowledge of high-performance AI computing platforms, Linux, and shell scripting in AI computing environments, Azure ML Studio
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern data science and product/web analytics tools and techniques including python and associated data science ecosystem, machine learning, Azure Machine Learning etc.
