Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software systems across the full SDLC
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and architecture
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Lead system design discussions and define architecture and design standards
• Own end-to-end delivery of features/modules from design to production
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices and quality standards 
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve team capability and technical depth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UX, DevOps) to deliver solutions 
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and backlog prioritization
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimization 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and system defects
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, deployment, and release management
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement, including refactoring and reducing technical debt
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and engineering practices
• Builder Responsibility:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• 6+ years of experience in software development with solid hands-on coding expertise
• Experience with cloud platforms - AWS or Azure (services, deployment, and architecture)
• Experience working with scalable distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and automated testing strategies 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices
• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (ER models, normalization, dimensional modeling)
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, SQL, and relational databases
• Solid proficiency in either Java or C# / .NET technologies
• Proficiency in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Demonstrated solid ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and handle large datasets
• Demonstrated solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs
