The Technology Product Manager designs, develops, and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life. This role is responsible for the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including strategy, design, development, management, and end-of-life of new, existing, or acquired products. The SG27 Product Manager leverages market insights and emerging technology - including AI - to understand customer needs, identify new opportunities, and optimize product offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive product vision and strategy roadmap, integrating AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making and product innovation
  • Engage enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignment
  • Lead the product across its lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practices, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions
  • Know the market and effectively identify and frame new technology products, including those powered by AI
  • Define solutions with high-value requirements, compelling business cases, clear product positioning, priority, and strategic impact
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutions, including AI-powered features
  • Manage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions, using AI analytics for performance monitoring
  • Serve as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage, and engage with the user base
  • Technical & Engineering:
    • Decompose features into manageable user stories, including those related to AI capabilities
    • Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to gather information required for user story creation, especially for AI-driven features
    • Articulate an understanding of core technology enabling business functions
    • Support backlog prioritization
    • Fluent in Agile delivery tools (e.g., GitHub, Rally, Aha!) and support compliance & governance for AI solutions
    • Specific experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) practices is highly desirable. This includes supporting integration testing, automation practices, and ensuring CI/CD pipelines are effectively implemented for product delivery
  • Customer Focus:
    • Understand the "what & why" of User Stories, their relationship to Features, and how each may impact the user-including AI-powered experiences.
    • Demonstrate empathy for the customer journey; understand applicable personas and how AI can personalize and improve their experience
    • Effectively partner with users, business, technology, and product teams to delight consumers with AI-driven solutions
    • Identify and appropriately leverage subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Leadership & Culture:
    • Set personal OKRs and review timely with leader, including goals for AI adoption and impact
    • Collaborate well with team members, including cross-functional AI teams
    • Positively influence user story outcomes
    • Build relationships to be a trusted partner, attend trainings to further advance knowledge (including AI), and operate in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with a growth mindset
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in product management, ideally with exposure to AI technologies
  • Experience with the software development process is required.
  • Technical & Engineering:
    • Experience with the software development process
  • Solid technical aptitude and fluency in development concepts and modern practices, including AI and machine learning
  • Proven excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • Specific experience with CI/CD practices
