Primary Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor and also leading team members on IAM, PAM, and access provisioning operations and continuous improvement or any combination of SOC, SIEM, TVM, GRC/Risk
- Manage end-to-end access lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, reviews, recertifications) with audit compliance
- Implement/support SailPoint & PAM solutions (CyberArk/Delinea integrations, workflows, automation)
- Enforce policies, SoD, and regulatory requirements; support audits
- Act as escalation point for incidents; coordinate with SOC/SIEM teams
- Deploy, upgrade, and optimize enterprise security solutions
- Identify and remediate identity risks (excess access, stale/orphan accounts)
- Enable SIEM/SOC monitoring via access logs and identity insights
- Deliver metrics, dashboards, and reporting for SLAs and compliance
- Leverage AI/Copilot for automation and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and best practices
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Information Security experience across IAM, PAM, MAP, and security operations
- 4+ years of hands-on with IAM/PAM/SIEM/security infrastructure (SailPoint, CyberArk/Delinea, Splunk/Sentinel, etc.)
- 1+ years incident management - resolving complex security incidents and threats
- 1+ years solution deployment - implementing/upgrading enterprise security tools
- PAM experience - privileged lifecycle, vaulting, password rotation, session monitoring
- IAM expertise - provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC/ABAC, access reviews, SoD, audit compliance
- Multi-domain exposure in security - SOC, SIEM, TVM, GRC/Risk (working knowledge mandatory)
- AI/Copilot familiarity - practical exposure to automation/use cases
- Access governance and compliance (Advanced) - SOX, ISO, HIPAA, SOC2, audits
- Data analysis and reporting (Intermediate) - SLA dashboards, metrics, insights (Excel/SQL/Python exposure)
- Proven solid collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (CS / InfoSec) or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+
- Experience with Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with AI-driven automation for security operations
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ/IDN development (rules, workflows, automation)
- Experience with Frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO
- Cloud security exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven solid analytical/problem-solving ability
