Primary Responsibilities:

• Software Design & Architecture - Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance software systems
• Make architectural decisions and review designs from other engineers
• Coding & Development - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Lead by example in coding best practices and standards
• Code Review & Quality Assurance - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Mentor junior developers through constructive feedback
• Testing & Debugging - Develop and maintain unit, integration, and system tests
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and performance issues
  Project Leadership - Lead technical projects from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements
• Mentorship & Team Development - Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and product teams
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Propose and implement improvements to development processes and tools
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ORMB software development experience
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex software systems
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in leveraging AI/ML in software solutioning
• Sound knowledge on Latest AI Capabilities - RAG , Agentic Development , Gen AI
• Sound knowledge of Java
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
