JOB TITLE:    Associate Director

LOCATION:    10175 Little Patuxent Pkwy. Columbia, MD 21044

DUTIES:    Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Duties include: manage and improve market-facing experiences, collaborate with cross-functional business and IT leads; help analyze issues and deploy corrective actions quickly; perform end-to-end project management and constant monitoring; manage strategic issues involving reporting statuses to leadership and addressing various themes; perform Quick Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with business and IT partners; host war room meetings allowing key leads to solve problems and discuss strategies; perform proper reporting and documentation; address issues earlier in development; design and modify specialized applications, drive user efficiency and business success, and meet privacy and security standards; create high-performance enhancements to applications that achieve customer goals; implement new technology features to ensure continuous improvement; comply with development protocols and raise risk factors to help mitigate issues; improve application functionality, reliability, and efficiency; adhere to version control and deployment protocols ensuring effective distribution; ensure data accessibility for people with disabilities; facilitate quality assurance protocols, including user acceptance testing, by resolving issues and providing metrics to maintain high standards; report on application functionality to help track performance and identify improvements; collaborate with users to enhance applications to accelerate efficiency and innovation; provide post-deployment support and resolve service problems ensuring smooth operation; manage consulting staff and oversee their work and ensure alignment with goals; coach and mentor consultants to build a skilled team; and applying re-engineering techniques improves business process.

REQUIREMENTS:    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.

Experience in the following:

* Program Management or Project Management leading health care platform migrations;
* Leading complex LEAN & Six Sigma black belt projects with substantial process efficiency gain and cost benefit;
* AI Business Implementation, Process Automation & Optimization to evaluate manual processes and deriving recommendation for AI implementation;
* Configuring and implementing end to end health plan setup with benefit design, provider network, eligibility in alignment with business, and regulatory requirements;
* Planning by analyzing staffing needs, forecasting talent demand, and aligning workforce strategies with business goals to drive efficiency and ensure timely project delivery; and
* Ensuring optimal system performance, regulatory compliance, timely issue resolution, and seamless cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and member experience.

OR No Degree and four (4) years of progressive experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.

Experience in the following:

* Program Management or Project Management leading health care platform migrations;

RATE OF PAY:  $ 184,350- $188,622 / per year
