Your expertise in provider networks can help us build in the next phase of evolution. In this role, you'll use your expertise and analytical skills to help determine how clinical providers group up by specialty and service line. Primary Responsibilities:
- Help develop enterprise-wide Clinically Integrated Network teams that focus on specific clinical areas/service lines such as oncology or cardiology
- Perform network analysis and strategy development and implementation
- Drive program design and implementation to improve quality and affordability through improvements in appropriateness and effectiveness
- Obtain, validate and analyze data as you analyze network availability and access
- Recommend utilization or expansion of networks for various products
- Can expect to work with EHR software, such as Epic
- Scanning documents and review of medical records
- All other duties as assigned
- This is no easy task. There are a lot of details to manage, key projects to support, a heavy administrative role and reliance on your analysis to drive committee decisions

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED
- 1+ years of healthcare background with medical terminology and familiarity with clinical issues
- 1+ years' experience working with reporting tools and generating effective reports
- Beginner level of experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel to offices 75% of the time within the southern Ohio region
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- Experience working with providers

- Ability to convey complex information to others and make it more easily understood
- Internally drive and accomplish goals
- Willing to collaborate with others
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $24.00 to $43.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
