As a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician, you will support the on-site pharmacist in preparing prescription orders, packaging medications, and maintaining pharmacy standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Location: 200 West Kensinger Drive, Cranberry Township, PA

Work Schedule: Variable based on business needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare "pre-pack" blister cards for pharmacy using MTS Machines or hand packing
  • Use MTS and Parata Machines to prepare high volume of production daily
  • Following a schedule, inventory, track, and order appropriate medications to be packed
  • Complete a daily cleaning schedule to ensure proper functionality of the machines
  • Identify quality related errors and correct as necessary
  • Work as a team to meet goals and metrics
  • Stock supplies and return bottles to the correct location

Required Qualification:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure in Pennsylvania or willing to obtain by June 2026

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PTCB certification
  • 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
