Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 5701 Katella Ave Cypress, CA 90630.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work is frequently completed without established procedures
- May act as a resource for others

- Printing out kits
- Pulling summaries
- Pulling any kind of out-of-state material a group would require
- They are the backbone for the service department
- They may even be doing special projects for the team

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to obtain a state life/health insurance license within 6 months of employment, UHG will take care of cost
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets and formulas), Microsoft Word (creating documents) and Microsoft Outlook (drafting emails, calendar management)
- Ability to work onsite at 5701 Katella Ave Cypress, CA in a hybrid capacity
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
