This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

This position is full time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules starting between 7:30 am - 8:00 am.
This will be on-the-job training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily execution of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots and ensure processes run as scheduled and continue running to completion.
- Manage time sensitive automation support emails on active automation jobs that can affect patient accounts
- Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions, and performance issues for automations running against Siemens OAS/Gold, Assurance Reimbursement Management, Experian eCare Next, Cerner (PowerChart, PM Office, Schedule Book, Revenue Cycle, Community Works), 3M HDM, 3M 360 Encompass, Cerner Document Imaging, and payer portals. After troubleshooting, accurately restart automation scripts while preserving the integrity of the patient account being updated.
- Document in detail all bot failures, collecting all necessary information
- Escalate defects or system issues to RPA developers or IS as needed, keeping them informed of repetitive issues. Collaborate with RPA developers to implement automation enhancements.
- Liaison with internal teams, including Patient Financial Services, Patient Access, Information Systems, Health Information Management, Care Management, Business Support Services, Security as required to deliver on automation requests and issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation performance, stability, and efficiency.
- Manage incoming automation request tickets, notify automation team, and respond to requestor.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new automation opportunities. Review and confirm the operation steps that have been submitted by the operations team and assist in feasibility analysis for RPA suitability.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Experience supporting technical systems, business processes, or workflow tools.
- Intermediate experience using Excel (pivot tables)
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to understand process flows and troubleshoot exceptions.
- Communication and documentation abilities.
- Must possess critical thinking, collaboration & teamwork, technical aptitude, attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, customer service focus
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday - Friday, starting between 7:30 am - 8:00 am
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.).
- Experience using Excel PowerQuery
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Exposure to SQL, basic scripting, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma).
- Involvement in automation or IT support roles.
- Familiarity with RPA concepts or platforms (e.g., Boston Workstation, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Familiarity with Revenue Cycle
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 - $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
