As Area Administrator, you will be responsible for the oversight of the daily operations of the community-based services business line in one or more locations. This includes coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company, responsible for eligibility and admission of the patient/client and supervision of care provided, implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and enhancing the profitability of the agency. Providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered. This position also acts as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the agency.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Staffing & Compliance: Ensures qualified personnel are hired, licensed, and credentialed per legal and company standards, with ongoing education and competency tracking
  • Training & Orientation: Oversees staff orientation, in-service training, and E.V.V. usage to meet state and company compliance goals
  • Operations & Communication: Manages daily office functions, facilitates staff meetings, and acts as a liaison among staff, patients, referral sources, and leadership
  • Performance & Records: Conducts timely evaluations, supports professional development, and ensures secure, compliant maintenance of patient and employee records
  • Financial & Scheduling Oversight: Monitors budget performance, billing, payroll, and scheduling to meet operational targets and resolve complaints effectively

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field
  • Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transportation
  • Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client's needs

State Specific Requirements:

  • CT: Must have a master's degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility; associate nursing degree cannot serve as Executive Director.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of management experience in personal care services
  • Proven solid independence and self-management skills
  • Proven effective communication, writing, and organizational abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $94,688 to $142,032 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
