In this role, you will help ensure provider data is accurate, complete, and compliant by performing quality reviews, supporting audits, and partnering with stakeholders to correct issues and improve processes.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday standard business hours (whichever time zone candidate resides in).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role is part of a strategic market team that supports complex employer groups within Local Markets

  • Analysts will facilitate the compelling, client-specific insights and content for a variety of client engagements

  • Analyst will focus on automation and distillation of compelling, actionable, value-based insights from data and reporting

  • Navigation of data, tools, and related resources will be necessary for success in creating a story with actionable, value-based insights

  • Communicates information openly and in an articulate and professional manner as a subject matter expert in support of their market strategic team

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience

  • 2+ years' experience in an analytic role (recent college graduates considered)

  • Intermediate level of proficiency or higher with Office 365 skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare cost and quality topics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Analytic Platforms such as PowerBI, or Programming Languages such as Python or R

  • Experience in data analytics, data science or statistics

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
