As a Service Account Manager Associate the duties include those being responsible for providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations Family. This position will also be responsible for quality reporting, analysis, and audits, and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
This will be on the job training, and the hours will be during normal business hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Post contributions and other transactions to accounts
- Process checks for deposit
- Image and send work to processing vendor
- Research and resolve moderate to complex customer issues
- Process requests regarding stop payment
- Process requests regarding ACH and Bill Pay transactions
- Seek out process improvements and write procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while dealing with sensitive information

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel (sort, filter, edit,) and Microsoft Outlook (scheduling calls)
- Proficient with data entry; keyboarding and ten-key by touch
- Experience with working in multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to multiple processes
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Ability to work full-time onsite at 12921 S Vista Station Blvd, Ste 200, Draper, UT, 84020
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with Health Savings Accounts
- Basic understanding of HIPAA
Soft Skills:
- Ability to think analytically when confronted with unusual situations or requests
- Detail orientated and accurate with the ability to meet high volume targets within established deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20 - $36 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
