Service Account Manager

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of (8:00am -5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be during normal business hours.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Processing banking financial transactions and tax-related corrections
• Reconciling internal accounts
• Researching complex customer issues
• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while dealing with sensitive information and situations
• Support team in finding resolution to issues as they rise
• Monitor workload and support team in making sure SLA's are being met
• Escalating issues to the proper channel

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Within a high-volume environment, you'll need to model and act as an Ambassador for the company while solving complex health care inquires The Service Account Manager acts as a customer advocate to resolve escalated and complex issues.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED 
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of Banking or Financial Transactions experience 
• 1+ years of experience balancing transactions, researching check payments, processing transactions on accounts
• 1+ years of experience understanding of balancing debits/credits on internal accounts
• Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook (Ability to create, edit, save)
• Proficient with computer data entry; keyboarding and ten-key

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience working with Health Savings Accounts
• Basic understanding of federal banking regulations as they relate to Checks and ACH's
• Processing and researching EFT payments
• Accounting experience
• Leadership experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
