The AV Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Audio Visual (AV) technology across both Ireland offices. The role will ensure reliable, high-quality user experience for meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, events, and executive communications, while working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and end users.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for AV services, driving operational excellence, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that AV solutions support business needs effectively and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
AV Operations & Support
- Manage the daily operation and performance of AV equipment and systems across both island sites
- Ensure all meeting rooms, conference facilities, collaboration spaces, and event technologies are fully operational
- Monitor AV system health and proactively address issues before they impact users
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, upgrades, and hardware refresh programs
Stakeholder Management
- Build solid relationships with business leaders, site management teams, and end users
- Gather requirements and provide AV solutions to support business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor on AV technologies, standards, and best practices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system changes, outages, and improvement initiatives
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with AV vendors, service providers, and support partners
- Ensure vendors deliver services in accordance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations
- Coordinate installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and project delivery activities
- Review vendor performance and identify opportunities for service improvement and cost optimisation
User Experience & Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless AV experience for employees, visitors, and executive leadership teams
- Provide escalation support for complex AV incidents and service requests
- Develop and maintain support documentation, user guides, and operational procedures
- Identify trends in incidents and implement corrective actions to improve service reliability
Project & Continuous Improvement
- Lead AV-related projects including room deployments, technology upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements
- Maintain AV standards across both sites
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and lifecycle planning for AV equipment

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated solid knowledge supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions utilizing Poly and Logitech audio-video conferencing systems
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing technologies, digital signage, presentation systems, and collaboration platforms
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
- Demonstrated solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience supporting executive and high-profile meetings and events
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple activities across geographically dispersed locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of network infrastructure as it relates to audio-visual systems
- Proven experience working with room scheduling systems and workplace technologies
- Proven experience in project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL frameworks or proven experience in IT service management

Reporting Line:
The AV Manager will work closely with IT Infrastructure, Real Estate Services, Site Leadership, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of AV services across both Ireland offices sites.
