The Business Analyst Consultant is a key role in the Clinical Solutions - Client Insights team, and this role is to manage the reporting and understand the complexity of the data. Proactively develop solutions for complex data issues and perform insights to support the business partners and clients. This role manages advanced reporting and translates complex data into actionable insights for business partners and clients. They proactively solve sophisticated data challenges, leveraging AI and analytics to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that drive informed decision-making.
The successful candidate will analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and guide strategic actions, while continuously advancing analytics capabilities across teams. They will collaborate cross-functionally with various business and data analytics teams, have proven business analysis experience and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing business needs.

What you will do:
- Manage and deliver advanced operational and client reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment to business needs
- Accountable to develop and maintain metrics, reporting, modeling and analysis needed to provide insight to our key clients and business partners
- Developing and scaling advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that improve organizational performance
- Proactively investigate and resolve complex data issues, identifying root causes and implementing scalable solutions to improve data quality and reliability
- Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, driving efficiency and effectiveness through automated insights, modern tooling, and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models that support ongoing performance analysis and business insights
- Monitor performance, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of major variances
- Support reporting automation and dashboard development utilizing multiple tools to enhance reporting capabilities
- Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research & analysis of data & business processes to drive efficiencies
- Develop, support, and present ad-hoc client and operational reports to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Develop innovative approaches to achieve deliverables and drive continuous improvement
- Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
- Develop and document complex business analysis and reporting requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide business insights
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, Python, SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools, with an aptitude for learning new systems
- Demonstrated solid ability to communicate and visualize data analyses, including trends and opportunities, to clients and business stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Proven experience working cross functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working within healthcare operations
- Demonstrated high standards of accuracy and precision, with solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated motivation and initiative, with the ability to think creatively
- Demonstrated ability to review and validate the analysis and interpretation of others' work
- Demonstrated solid ability to communicate analytical insights, including trends and opportunities, to clients and business stakeholders both verbally and in writing
