About the Team

You will join the Unified Risk & Quality Platform (URQP) product organization, responsible for building enterprise capabilities that support Risk Adjustment, Quality, Affordability, Performance Management, and Value-Based Care operations across Optum Health.

The Clinical Content & Repository Services domain is a foundational platform capability supporting the ingestion, storage, retrieval, governance, and operational use of clinical charts, documents, and supporting evidence across multiple URQP workflows. This capability serves as a critical enabler of clinical operations, analytics, compliance, workflow automation, and operational decision-making.

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Product Management (GL30) to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution for the Clinical Content & Repository Services domain within URQP.

In this role, you will own a strategic product portfolio responsible for enabling scalable, secure, and governed management of clinical content and supporting operational workflows. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Architecture, Clinical Operations, Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Analytics stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve efficiency, interoperability, and business outcomes.

You will serve as the primary product leader for this domain, balancing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight, and product performance management.

Primary Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will:

·Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Clinical Content & Repository Services

·Define and prioritize capabilities supporting document ingestion, retrieval, workflow integration, governance, and operational access management

·Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to establish scalable repository and content management solutions

·Collaborate with Clinical, Risk, Quality, and Operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and automation

·Define business requirements, user journeys, operational workflows, and success metrics

·Drive prioritization decisions and trade-offs balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and operational impact

·Monitor product adoption, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes to guide roadmap evolution

·Support executive governance activities through roadmap reporting, business case development, and value realization tracking

·Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance content management and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

·Has experience leading enterprise software, platform, content management, or workflow products

·Has successfully owned product strategy and delivery across complex technology environments

·Demonstrates solid stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

·Has experience translating business needs into scalable product solutions

·Is comfortable operating in highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups

·Has solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

·Holds a degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

·Experience in healthcare technology, clinical operations, document management, or workflow platforms

·Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and clinical data ecosystems

·Experience with cloud-based platforms, AI-enabled products, and enterprise-scale applications

·Product certifications

·MBA or advanced degree
