About the Role:

The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering analytics that support healthcare quality improvement, provider engagement, and patient experience outcomes. This role works closely with business and field teams to turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insight that supports day to day decision making and targeted interventions. The Senior Data Analyst is hands on in analysis and reporting, while also contributing to shaping requirements, improving data quality, and ensuring insights are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

  • Own delivery of analytics outcomes that directly support improvements in quality performance, affordability, and provider relationships
  • Be accountable for end to end analytics delivery, from prioritization and planning through to execution, release, and ongoing support
  • Partner with senior business and clinical leaders to define clear problems to solve and ensure analytics outputs are used to drive action
  • Deliver timely, provider level insight from patient experience survey data to support targeted interventions and measurable improvement
  • Set and enforce standards for data quality, consistency, and reliability, ensuring leaders can confidently act on analytics outputs
  • Lead and develop the analytics team, holding teams accountable for delivery commitments, outcomes, and continuous improvement
  • Deliver high quality analysis and reporting that supports healthcare quality performance, patient experience, and provider improvement initiatives
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and aligned to stakeholder needs
  • Analyze patient experience and survey data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for targeted action at provider or practice level
  • Work closely with business and field stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytical and reporting solutions
  • Support provider facing and quality field teams by delivering timely insights that inform prioritization and follow up actions
  • Validate data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability before release and ongoing use

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.

What You'll Bring:

If you don't meet every single requirement, don't let that hold you back - we're just as excited about potential as we are about qualifications and experience, and you could be exactly who we're looking for.

  • Proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles, delivering analysis and reporting that supports business or operational decision making
  • Proven hands on Power BI experience, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs
  • Proven solid SQL experience, including extracting, transforming, and validating data for analytics and reporting
  • Proven experience working with healthcare quality or performance data, such as quality measures, patient outcomes, or experience related reporting
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with non technical stakeholders, translating needs into clear analytical outputs and explaining findings in plain language
  • Proven experience supporting field or provider facing teams, delivering timely insights that inform prioritization and follow up actions
