Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the development of reporting solutions to meet customer requirements and business needs
• Contribute to the delivery of robust, sustainable, and scalable solutions in collaboration with IT and business partners
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver high-quality outputs; provide recommendations to support decision-making
• Act as a trusted contributor in Data and Analytics, providing guidance on tools, methods, and best practices
• Develop clear, actionable reporting and visualization solutions and dashboards
• Gather and document data requirements; provide input and recommendations on data structure and usage
• Support the design of data models; analyze and interpret complex datasets
• Produce analytical outputs, summaries, and reusable templates to support business insights
• Develop, test, and quality check data pipelines, reports, and dashboards
• Manage and respond to customer requests; proactively identify opportunities for improvements and new insights
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing data processes and contribute to improvements in data quality, systems, and tooling

Required Qualifications:

• Degree qualification (BA, BS) in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
• Proven solid experience in data and analytics roles, including reporting and business intelligence
• Demonstrated experience assessing data sources and contributing to data quality evaluation
• Demonstrated proficiency analysing moderately complex datasets, performing exploratory data analysis, and generating descriptive insights
• Demonstrated solid data manipulation and data modelling skills, with proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or R
• Demonstrated solid data visualization skills, with experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Demonstrated solid understanding of analytics concepts, databases, and cloud based data environments
• Demonstrated familiarity with IT systems, databases, and data related technologies
• Demonstrated understanding of data governance and Master Data Management concepts
• Demonstrated familiarity with Agile/Scrum or similar delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Demonstrated solid technical documentation skills
• Demonstrated solid analytical thinking and problem solving capability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated business acumen with experience working with stakeholders
• Proven experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or similar regulated environments
• Proven experience working in large or complex organizational environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a changing environment
• Demonstrated solid organizational and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Proven experience working in customer facing or support oriented analytics teams
