We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product to lead and scale our global product capabilities within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering impactful solutions at scale. You will work across a highly matrixed organisation, partnering with senior stakeholders and global teams to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable product outcomes, while building and leading high-performing teams.

What you'll do:

• Define and deliver product strategy and roadmap aligned to organisational priorities
• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Drive the delivery of data-informed and technology-enabled product solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable outcomes
• Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and best practice frameworks
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies and capabilities
• Build solid relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making
• Communicate complex ideas clearly through structured, insight-led storytelling
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery within complex environments
• Demonstrated solid understanding of data driven product development and technology enabled solutions
• Proven experience working within regulated or governance led environments
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver scalable outcomes
• Proven experience leading cross functional teams and working within matrixed organizations
• Demonstrated solid strategic thinking and commercial awareness
• Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to operate as a self starter and thrive in fast changing and sometimes ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across highly matrixed stakeholder groups
