The Senior Process Improvement Director is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive process optimization across the organization. This role will leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify gaps, implement scalable solutions, and bring together key stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in managing complex projects within a healthcare or specialty pharmacy environment.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for process improvement initiatives across business operations
- Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve process-related issues
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Standardize and document processes to improve consistency, scalability, and operational performance
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Support organizational change management efforts related to process improvements and new initiatives
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management and process improvement
- Solid knowledge and application of Lean Six Sigma concepts and methodologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement initiatives
- Proven solid organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent)
- Experience within specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or PBM environments
- Experience implementing or supporting Project Management Office (PMO) structures
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
