Position Summary
As an AI/ML Engineer within People Technology, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered solutions and machine learning workflows that transform workforce capabilities and employee experiences across the enterprise. Working closely with cross-functional software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, you will build and integrate scalable machine learning models and modern AI tools to solve complex HR and talent analytics challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges, with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement across People Technology platforms
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation
- Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines supporting workforce and enterprise applications
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business partners to integrate machine learning capabilities into production systems
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD, and MLOps practices to ensure model reliability, scalability, and security
- Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and quality standards are maintained across all AI/ML models and architectures

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science
- 2+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered or machine learning solutions in production environments
- 2+ years of programming experience with Python and data libraries, such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- 2+ years of experience working with enterprise databases and SQL for data engineering and pipeline development
- 1+ years of experience utilizing cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, for machine learning development and deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- Experience building AI/ML solutions supporting People Technology, Human Resources, or workforce analytics applications
- Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Experience with MLOps frameworks, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and workflow orchestrators such as Airflow or MLflow
- Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks, model governance, and ethical AI deployment practices

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $98,500 to $176,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
