The AI Solution Lead - Senior Consultant will be able to demonstrate self-motivation, individual leadership, and team collaboration. Most importantly, you will help build a new AI-first Provider Technology Consulting practice dedicated to helping healthcare systems transform the way they work with AI - designing solutions, redesigning workflows, and driving measurable innovation for our company and our clients.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:  

• Design end-to-end AI solutions for provider clients, evaluating the full range of available capabilities - EHR-native AI (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health), enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), and agentic platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude) - and recommending the right tool for the right job
• Document current-state clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative workflows and apply business process redesign to define future-state, AI-enabled workflows with human oversight built in
• Apply structured prioritization frameworks (value, effort, risk, strategic fit) to identify, score, and sequence high-impact AI use cases into an actionable roadmap
• Translate solution designs into implementation specs, gap analyses, and success measures that connect technology to measurable client outcomes and ROI
• Serve as a credible, client-facing advisor - leading working sessions, discovery interviews, and executive readouts with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders
• Collaborate with end users to design and enhance systems
• Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities
• Participate in implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
• Develop and maintain training and enablement materials
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders from requirements to implementation
• Build solid relationships with end users and business partners
• Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI.
• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation.
• Partner with governance and compliance teams to ensure AI-enabled workflows meet responsible AI and risk standards

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience (clinical, revenue cycle, or administrative) with the ability to document and redesign workflows
• 3+ years of consulting or client-facing advisory experience, including leading working sessions and presenting to senior stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare domain knowledge and system configuration
• 2+ years applying AI, automation, or analytics capabilities to solve business problems, including familiarity with current AI tooling and the ability to match capability to use case
• 2+ years demonstrating experience applying prioritization or scoring frameworks to sequence initiatives or use cases
• Willing to travel up to 25% for business needs 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Hands-on experience with EHR-native AI (Epic, Oracle Health) and/or enterprise AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude)
• Experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) or Epic modules and solutions
• Experience building current-state/future-state process maps and business cases with defined value KPIs
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and value-measurement/ROI tracking approaches
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
