Location: Hybrid (MN) or remote

If you reside near Minnesota, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote position* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
Develop, test, and maintain software or data-driven applications under guidance of senior engineers
Write clean, readable, and well-documented code following standard engineering practices
Participate in the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
Debug issues, perform unit testing, and support quality improvements
Collaborate with team members such as engineers, testers, and product partners
Learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required
Follow established security, privacy, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or similar
2+ years of experience with / understanding of basic software engineering concepts, data structures, and algorithms
2+ years of experience with / exposure to machine learning concepts or data analysis through coursework or projects (AI/ML track)
2+ years of experience / familiarity with version control tools and basic development workflows

Soft Skills:

Good communication and teamwork skills
Internship, academic projects, or hands-on training is a plus but not required

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will rangefrom $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
