Description and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the loading, analysis and reporting of external client healthcare data
- Work closely with developers and business teams to implement and improve data validations alongside Orbit/Cognos reports
- Interpret data and communicate results to external stakeholders to understand the data specifications and how to improve overall data quality from a non-technical standpoint
- Work with cross-functional teams in solving complex and/or critical issues, and to develop innovative solutions
- Organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends
- Understand, quantify and communicate data topics effectively
- Work with business and leadership stakeholders across payer platforms to enhance data quality for enhancing program value
- Detect and address data issues to remediate data quality problems
- Make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers
- Interpret requirements and translates them into data requirements for complex projects
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Required Skills:
- HS Diploma required
- 2+ years experience performing data analytics and reporting
- 1 year experience with relational database management systems (SQL or Oracle preferred)
- 1 year of experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- 1 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
- 6 months of hands-on experience leveraging AI chat assistants (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to improve productivity
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferred

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
