As a Business Analyst for EOHS vendor hosted applications, you will operate as an individual contributor focused on end-to-end delivery support by translating EOHS business needs into high quality analysis and accurate definition that guides scalable system configurations. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and hands on application configuration, working mainly with EOHS technology peers and in partnership with EOHS business leaders and external vendor partners, to support timely, reliable delivery of solutions with strong user experience.
This role is intentionally highly collaborative and execution focused. Successful outcomes depend on frequent, real-time discussions to clarify requirements, validate configuration approaches, and align on how systems function, behave, and are experienced by users. Work is progressed through continuous partnership, guided design direction from EOHS technology leaders, and iterative configuration.

Primary Responsibilities:
Support delivery and ongoing evolution of EOHS vendor applications, from intake through configuration, testing, and deployment
Support translation of EOHS business needs, workflows, and policy requirements into precise system configurations, rules, and design decisions
Participate in configuration design discussions with peers and vendors to support how the system functions, behaves, and is experienced by end users
Ensure configurations meet functional, usability, compliance, and scalability expectations
Understand operational workflows, business requirements, pain points, and desired outcomes to guarantee an aligned outcome
Document and refine requirements into clear configuration ready inputs (process flows, rules, decision logic, and acceptance criteria)
Balance business needs with vendor platform capabilities, constraints, and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement ideas to leaders of product delivery practices, configuration standards, and collaboration models
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in vendor hosted application configuration (SaaS platforms)
5+ years of experience with business analysis skills, including workflow mapping, requirements translation, and design facilitation
5+ years of experience accurately documenting system configurations and maintain clear, reusable knowledge artifacts for ongoing reference
5+ years of experience configuring systems (rules, forms, workflows, permissions, logic)
Intermediate level of proficiency working in agile, iterative delivery models, including troubleshooting and rapid refinement
Ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive outcomes through partnership rather than authority
Preferred Qualification:
Experience supporting regulated or compliance driven domains (healthcare, EOHS, risk, or safety)
Experience working across multiple vendor platforms simultaneously
Familiarity with enterprise IT governance, change management, and release processes
Comfortable operating in fast paced environments with evolving requirements and tight delivery timelines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $49,700 to $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
