While you're busy helping us change the landscape of health care, you've got to be able to quickly adapt to change in a fluid environment. It's all about quality reporting, analysis and audits and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement. You'll also be challenged to gain buy-in from multiple stakeholders before presenting solutions to senior leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational processes across sales operations, business operations, and delivery teams
- Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics related to operational effectiveness, client delivery, and business outcomes
- Compile, analyze, and validate data to support decision-making and business reviews
- Help maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency of operational performance
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of priorities and timelines
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Assist in preparation of materials for leadership reviews, including presentations and operational summaries
- Support planning activities such as forecasting, capacity tracking, and operational readiness
- Escalate risks, issues, or inconsistencies in a timely manner
- Participate in special projects and initiatives aligned to business and operational priorities
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, healthcare, or a related environment (internships included)
- 1+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Exposure to healthcare operations, payer/provider environments, or managed care
- Experience working with data, reporting, or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
