You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client intake, ensuring accurate and timely collection of information
  • Assess project justification, risk analysis and other business factors to effectively prioritize development requests across capabilities
  • Manage applicable funding pools, prioritize features, and ensure appropriate development teams are assigned
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for the capability roadmap, aligning priorities and deliverables across internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Maintain timely assessment and analysis of new intake submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with project timelines and resource availability
  • Track and monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Proactively identify and mitigate scheduling constraints and potential bottlenecks to support successful roadmap delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, commitments, and project updates
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support operational planning and decision-making
  • Continuously improving intake and scheduling processes through feedback and data analysis
  • Develop actionable insights through reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making and enhance intake and roadmap planning processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in intake coordination, scheduling, and/or project coordination roles Preferably with a focus on reviewing and evaluating incoming requests
  • Experience gathering requirements, setting expectations with cross functional partners, and acting as the main point of contact for project requestors
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with productivity and planning tools:
    • Familiarity with Aha!
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to assess and categorize requests against an established product or business roadmap
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritize roadmap plans, incorporate new requests, and communicate concerns or risks early to support timely resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, leveraging solid time management and prioritization skills to manage competing priorities and consistently delivering results
  • Proven solid capacity to prioritize multiple requests and negotiate timelines based on organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare and/or PBM/OptumRx Operations
  • Experience with capability management processes, functionality, and system navigation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
