You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • At the direction of one or more Capability Directors, this individual will be tasked with working closely with the business operations teams to assess and document requirements for developing and/or enhancing a set of capabilities with a particular focus on backend requirements and operational reporting
  • Partner with Capability Directors and Agile Capability Owner(s) to translate business needs into Agile Features and User Stories
    Establish relationships with internal business owners and subject matter experts to assess requirements and foster the adoption of capabilities
  • Help drive coordination of release management process including communicating commitments and changes to business stakeholders
  • Provide support for capability testing including user acceptance testing and production checkout activities
  • Help provide production support to the business team (escalated issues) as appropriate
  • Interact with Clients through Account management to understand Client Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Product or Capability Management experience driving initiatives involving process and technology as an accountable owner
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with technology delivery teams
  • 2+ years with Agile project methodology; translating business requirements into user stories for the delivery team, participating in agile ceremonies, driving agile process improvement
  • 2+ years of experience preparing and presenting to a variety of audiences at all levels of the corporation
  • Proficiency in Aha! and Rally agile project management tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Industry experience
  • Optum Rx experience
  • PBM experience
  • Figma experience
  • Experience leveraging AI Tools like Copilot, Claude or Codex

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
