The position will be part of the Clinical Technology Enablement & Implementations (CTEI) that supports the great work across all of Enterprise Clinical Services (ECS).  

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to connect the dots across business operations, and a solid sense of accountability. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well independently and asynchronously, and is eager to solve complex problems while supporting the design and implementation of a new program or product offerings and other innovative initiatives.

We are seeking a self-driven leader with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive the successful design & implementation of operational processes & projects for our team.

This position will execute on initiatives, ensuring consistency in outcomes, translate business initiatives into clear objectives for the team and deliver sustained performance to goal.  They will consult with leadership and business stakeholders to review and offer recommendations for future development and roadmap opportunities.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Capability Management
    • Building & maintain roadmaps
    • Accountable for maintaining processes & procedures
    • Develop business use cases for new solutions
    • Vendor management (internal & external)
  • Critical Escalation & Issue Resolution
    • Monitor deliverables, track barriers, and escalate issues as needed
    • Support operational excellence and continuous quality improvement processes
  • Training & Communications
    • Communicate findings effectively through storytelling and tailored presentations
    • Manage multiple training sessions & office hours - including materials development
    • Influence without authority and build solid relationships
    • Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert
  • Innovation & Technology Enablement
    • Leverage AI and web-based collaboration tools to improve productivity
    • Support adoption of innovative solutions and agile business practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience Consulting with department leaders on communication strategy
  • Experience creating communication strategies and writing communication deliverables
  • Experience absorbing complex information and converting it to an understandable format for different audiences
  • Experience adapting style and building consensus with individuals at all levels
  • Experience solving complex problems and analyzing information from multiple sources to make decisions
  • Proven, superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated skill in time and project management as well as solid process orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Asana (work management tool)
  • Agile experience
  • Experience working with physicians and APCs
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
