The Director Data Analytics provides strategic and operational leadership within the management team, driving data-centric initiatives that support business objectives and long-term delivery strategy. The position is responsible for designing, building, and implementing scalable data solutions, leading stakeholder engagement, and ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the organization. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, a clear product and data vision, and the ability to lead transformational change.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Management team, provide leadership-implement operational and company objectives, foster a positive working environment
  • To Scope, Design, build, test and implement tactical & strategic solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations on process/system improvements that will support delivery & data strategy
  • Utilizing SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems
  • Engage with Internal & external stakeholders, manage relationships, develop product vision and data strategy
  • Build core foundational data. Streamline existing data sources, provide one version of the truth
  • Grows Dedicated Data Analyst business and meets contractual obligations for pharmacy consulting
  • Contribute to the development of the wider Data team's future by building our brand, by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, producing thought leadership, etc
  • Ensuring Data Quality - building best in class data quality monitoring that ensure that all data products exceed customer expectations
  • Drive strategic data transformation projects across the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Data Analytics experience (either as a data analyst, data scientist or other similar role)
  • 5+ years of experience as a people leader
  • Experience in a role leading data teams in a cross functional capacity
  • Hands-on experience in developing Data Solutions using SQL and Python
  • Experience communicating insights and project updates to leadership
  • Proven track record in developing transformation strategies, data product management, driving change management and innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Lean methodologies
  • Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and data frameworks
  • Training and experience in process improvement and change management methodologies, i.e. Six Sigma, Lean
  • Proven solid background of data governance and regulations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
