The role of the Executive Assistant is to support the business prioritization needs of executives for which you are directly assigned as well as collaborate with business segment Executive Assistants to ensure consistent and productive support for OptumInsight Finance. The role requires individual judgement for assigned tasks while collaborating for many team meetings and priority requests.
This role is based in the Eden Prairie, MN office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as Executive Assistant to OptumInsight Finance Executives with the highest levels of performance and professionalism
- Coordinating travel arrangements, new hire onboarding for executive leadership and other office management responsibilities for fast-paced, growing organization
- Manages leaders' calendars, travel, expenses, and key meetings
- Utilize your advanced experience in Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, and for internal and external meetings and communications
- Meet daily with leaders for proactive meeting support and reminders for critical meetings, including preparations before critical meetings
- Provide coverage (e.g., phone; email; reception) for other leadership team members as needed
- Provide organized resources (itineraries, meeting materials, etc.) for upcoming leader travel
- Maintain and distribute lists as needed (e.g., organizational charts; email; distribution; vendor; contacts; phone)
- Work effectively as an integral member of a team; provide administrative support on various business unit projects and initiatives
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of administrative experience in support of senior leaders (VP and higher) in a highly matrixed organization
- Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) to create and edit professional documents from scratch
- Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office Outlook for complex calendar management, scheduling meetings
- Experience in organizing meetings and troubleshooting in Microsoft Teams virtual meetings
- Experience coordinating office moves including hardware and software requisitions, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding and other office management responsibilities
- Reside within a commutable distance from the Eden Prairie, MN office
- Notary or willing and able to obtain
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge of the health care industry
- SharePoint, Visio and Adobe experience
- Proven excellent interpersonal communication skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 to $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
